Exposure reporting for record-keeping

Two layers: (1) Local log in LineDuty — always yours, offline, exportable. (2) CPF Personal Exposure Reporting (PER) at peronline.org — the secure system California firefighters use for career-long toxin documentation that supports WC cancer/presumption cases and medical care.

LACoFD does not publish a single public “exposure form PDF” the way DWC publishes mileage forms. Department packets (injury / Form 385 series / HR) come from Fire. Use PER for the statewide standard; use this log so nothing is lost between incidents.
